Fill ’er up with H2O.

A healthy idea to think about:

Want a simple secret to stave off hunger pangs and wash away crankiness? Drink a glass of water. It will fill your tank and flush out the irritability that dehydration can cause.

No matter what type of diet book you may pick up, I think they ALL recommend to drink more water.  This is such a simple thing to do, but so easy to forget when we get busy.

I have learned this to be very true.  I keep a case of water bottles in my office and I really drink more when it's available oto me.

This works on a temporary basis for me.  After about 30 minutes I get more hungry then before.  Water does make me feel less fatigued, though.

I drink water through out the day and it doesn't really stave off hunger pangs, but a hand full of almonds does work until I can get something to eat. Try it!

Sounds good right now.   Sometimes though...Water doesn't sound good...and that is when I just mix in a little Crystal Light pink lemonade and drink up!
