Get the skinny on fatty fish.

A healthy idea to think about:

Eat high-fat fish twice a week and your arteries will love you for it. Choices like salmon, tuna, sardines and swordfish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote cardiovascular health.

Great advice on fish.  We try to have salmon at least once per week.

I love salmon and usually will always have it when we go out, since my husband is not a big fish eater.  Since it's not a 'regular' item at home I keep walnuts around.  Though nuts are high in fat, they're handy as a snack.

How do you get rid of the "fishy" smell and taste?  I like very mild flavored fish and love shellfish.  Which fish are the most mild.  The only ones I have tried are tuna and cod (no batter).
