If you skip, you’ll fall.

A healthy idea to think about:

When you skip a meal, your hunger grows from a cat’s meow to a lion’s roar. So when you finally pick up your fork, you’ll be more likely to shovel in extra mashed potatoes as well as binge on chips and cookies between meals. At the end of the day, your total calorie count will be higher than if you had eaten regular, modest meals.

Thanks for the great advice.  It really does not pay to skip meals.

This is so true for me.  I have never been able to skip a meal without completely regretting it by the end of the day.

Over the past year I have eaten small meals/or snacks through out the day It helps keep me at even keel. Sometimes when I don't do this I feel light headed and very hunger! Most of the time I do not overeat though....

It never fails. When I skip meals it seems my arm and mouth have minds of their own. Before I know it, they have conspired to hoist a ridiculous amount of food into me in a really short period of time. Keeping true to the small snacks throughout the day helps to keep things from getting crazy near dinner-time.
