A healthy idea to think about:

Whether you’re sitting down to fancy Italian or cheap Chinese, scan the menu for the words steamed, grilled, baked, or roasted. These are likely your healthiest choices — prepped with less fat than fried or sautéed dishes, yet every bit as tasty.
