A healthy idea to think about:

Slimmer waists start with smaller plates that hold lesser heapings of pasta. Swap a dinner plate for a salad plate to keep your portion sizes within your dietary budget.

EXCELLENT SUGGESTION! And it works too!  I've been doing that for the past 5 or 6 months.  The result is a loss of 45 pounds and more energy!
