Deal a deck of chicken.

A healthy idea to think about:

Weight-loss experts dish out advice on portion control, but it only works if you understand proper portion sizes. Use this quick visual to gauge sizes: One serving of meat equals a deck of cards, a serving of fruit or vegetables is your fist and a portion of pasta resembles a scoop of ice cream.

I have heard that before, and it makes sense.  But look at what we really put on our plates as servings!!!! I am guilty of taking more than the recommended amount.  This is a great visual and easy to use.  I will work on implementing it into my meals.
