Think twice before you reach for that diet soda

We know that regular soda is bad for you, but did you know that diet soda may not be any better? A recent study by Dr. Vasan Ramachandran (Boston University School of Medicine) found that people who drank one or more diet sodas each day developed the same risks for heart disease as those who drank regular soda.
