INGREDIENTS:
Plain- Non fat Yogurt (32oz)
4 Cups of fat free sour cream
1 Cup of Sugar (splenda or regular)
1 Box of unflavor gelatine
1 Small can of mangos
4 Tsp half and half cream
PREPARATION:
Stir over a medium-low heat the yogurt, sour cream, and the cup of sugar until completly mixed. In a small bowl disolve the
gelatine (4 envelopes) with 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of hot water until no lumps remain.
Add the 2 cups of water with the gelatine already disolved into the yogurt, sour cream and the cup of sugar. Mix them well.
Put all of this into a recipient and let them Let set in refrigerator, at least 6 hrs.
Make 6 to 8 servings.
Mango Sauce:
Blend 1 can of mangos without the juice with 4 tsp of half and half cream. Pour this mango sauce on top of the yogurt's servings.
