    Help Can't stick to anything

    Hello,

    My name is Sandra and I am twenty two years old I am on here because I need help to not only loose weight, but to get healthy. I am the type of person who seems to not be motivated enough to stick to an exercise program, I have the support of my fiance but I still manage to slip up, and I can't seem to get away from fast food, sugary food and all he bad things especially when I am stressing out does anyone have any suggestions please I am desperate!!

    Hi Sandra,

    Here are just a few quick tips for you that might help you get started:
    1 - Focus on food/nutrition/calories first and then worry about the exercise.
    2 - Combat sugar with frequent low calorie snacks that have fiber and/or protein.
    3 - Make sure to eat protein first then carbs so you fill up on protein.
    4 - Focus on what to eat rather than what not to eat this can be a more motivating way to think about it.
    5 - Keep a food diary this will help you stay on track and motivated.
