    I tend to eat when I am stressed. It's become a mindless, calming thing. Especially at work.   • A word on snacking

    I am a snacker, which can get me in trouble. I am on the road a lot so I make sure I pack healthy snacks in the car at all times. Carrot sticks, apples, nuts etc. And of course lots of water. If I don't I get tempted to buy fast food!!!!

    I always have some sugarless gum handy. I prefer to use a pepperment flavor that is the teeth whiting kind. That way when I get hungry or just think I am I have some gum and stop the craving.
