    Since menopause I have had problems at nite with leg cramps in my hamstring area.My obgyn told me to use malic acid with magnesium. It does work,but I'm wondering what other minerals I should be taking besides my multivitamin and malic acid?

    You should check with your doctor .You may have roseaca. If it is that ,avoiding certain foods helps plus making sure that you always use a sunblock.They will usually put you on a low level antibiotic and give you a prescription gel for your face.

    I have developed the same bad habit. I recently started a new rule for my family to always eat at the table (meals or snacks). At work, I force myself to eat away from the desk. This makes us more aware of when and how much we are eating.

    For blotchiness, Eucerin has released a new line of "redness relief" lotions and cleansers that I've been using. The packaging says they're good for sensitive skin, too.

    I don't like to drink plain milk either. I take calcium supplements with my meals to stay on top of my women's health requirements.
